Roland D. Armstrong, the son of Clarence T. and Margaret (Davison) Armstrong, married June 29, 1921, Lena Lucille Wakeman, the daughter of William and Hattie (Kimball) Wakeman. She was born July 28, 1900, at Tyrone Township, Livingston County, Michigan. They are seen here with their two children, (i) William Howard Armstrong, and (ii) Loris Lucille Armstrong. Howard married Thelma Burley, the daughter of James and Elizabeth (Clark) Burley, while Loris married Garner Sherwood, the son of Alton John and Lucy (Nichols) Sherwood
