Martha Emilie Huff, the oldest surviving child of Wilhelm and Louise Ernstena (Schramm) Huff, married October 16, 1895, James H. Welberry, and lived in White Lake Township. The couple had six children: (i) Edith Emma Welberry; (ii) Hazen James Welbery; (iii) Helen Louise Welberry; (iv) Agnes Martha Welberry; (v) Walter Fred Welberry; and (vi) Fred John Welberry. Martha (Huff) Welberry died on July 11, 1946, while her husband died on January 23, 1955. This photo of the family below was taken at the Huff Family Reunion held in 1930.
