Grant S. and Carrie (Jackson) Rowe had nine children, i.e., (i) Dorothy Helen Rowe, born January 2, 1898; never married (ii) Margaret Ann Rowe, born June 2, 1899; (iii) Carrie Marian Rowe, born January 22, 1901; (iv) Lois Amelia Rowe, born June 26, 1902; and (v) Robert Grant Rowe, born May 27, 1904; (vi) Virginia C. Rowe, born December 12, 1906; never married (vii) Ruth Mabel Rowe, born June 1, 1909; and (viii) Rachel Jackson Rowe, born August 11, 1910; died in infancy May 22, 1911; and (ix) Winifred S. Rowe, born April 13, 1912. The four oldest daughters are seen below: (from left to right, youngest to oldest) Lois, Marian, Margaret and Dorothy.
