Bert J. Wardlow married in November, 1900, Maude M. Hagadorn, the daughter of Joseph V. and Sabrina (Lockwood) Hagadorn. She was born August 1, 1880, and died March 30, 1956 (See the HAGADORN family album). Bert J. Wardlow himself died on January 12, 1953. This photo shows the couple celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. Bert played a prominent role in Highland Township government, serving as Township Supervisor from 1923 to 1932.
