Just a few years after moving into the new house, Susan Jane a/k/a Jennie (Thomas) Beach died on November 14, 1893, at the age of only 44. This photograph is thought to have been taken shortly before her death. Note that her hair is longer than in the previous photos and is pulled back in a bun.
