Original Highland Township Landowner Sanford L. Murray Sanford L. Murray was born in 1814, the son of John C. and Bersheba (_____) Murray. He married first, Sarah Alvira Huntley, who died July 30, 1843, at age 24 years. He married second Adeline M. Green, born circa 1825. Sanford L. Murray was a merchant at Milford, Oakland County, Michigan. Following his death on April 27, 1859, his widow Adeline returned to New York. |
