Original Highland Township Landowner Arthur Neher Nothing is known about this man beyond his name and the fact his patent gives his residence as Oakland County, Michigan. No record of an Arthur Neher has yet been found in any other Michigan reference and the only Arthur Neher on the 1840 Census is shown living in Saratoga County, New York. |
