Original Highland Township Landowner Philo W. Wheaton E 1/2 of SE 1/4 of Section 5 NE pt of NE F. 1/4 of Section 5 Philo W. Wheaton was born in 1802 at Fleming, Cayuga County, New York. He died in 1879 at Highland Township, Oakland County, Michigan, and is buried in Highland Cemetery. His wife, identified as Lucy in census records and as "L." on her grave stone, was born in 1810 and died in 1879. |
