In addition to classes, the old stone school was also used for other civic and social purposes. Church services were held in the building until 1868. In later years the school also hosted class reunions like that shown here. The second on the left is Ida (Cole) Barrett standing next to her brother, Myron. The man with his hand in his pocket is Peter Cole and Myron's wife Louella is on his left.
