Located on the west side of Milford Road, just north of Livingston Road, Sid Hulbert's Sinclair gas station had, by the 1960's, become the "Party Pantry" party store. Both the station and the Hulbert home at the left would be torn down to make way for the current (2009) Ace Party Store.
